Emily began her career at Nestlé and AB InBev, organisations renowned for their brand-building heritage, where she worked across some of the UK’s most iconic names including Quality Street, Rowntree’s and Stella Artois. She then joined Deliveroo in its early years, leading UK marketing before taking on responsibility for all global markets. During her five-year tenure, she helped steer the company through a period of explosive growth, which transformed it into one of Europe’s most successful tech scale-ups ahead of its 2021 IPO.

In 2022, Emily joined Who Gives A Crap in the executive team as the company’s first UK hire and Managing Director for the UK & Europe, building the regional team and scaling the business through a mission-led, customer-first approach — including the brand’s launch into retail. In 2024, she was appointed Chief Commercial Officer, now leading both global teams across growth marketing, commercial strategy and insight and overseeing the expansion of local cross-functional teams in Australia, the UK and the US.
