Dena Almansoori is the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at e&, formerly Etisalat Group, the region’s leading telecommunications, technology, and investment conglomerate.

With over 20 years of experience spearheading disruptive HR strategies across multiple industries and continents, Dena uses her global perspective and understanding of various cultures to drive talent initiatives across the group.

She is dedicated to enhancing the employee experience, turning productivity into profitability, and driving large-scale organisational change by implementing innovative talent strategies and technologies.

She previously held the Chief Human Resources Officer position at the Central Bank of the UAE. She holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Finance from Boston University. She has completed an Artificial Intelligence programme at MIT.

Dena is also the CEO and founder of WhiteBox HR - an HR Tech company born out of her insatiable passion for data, organisational behaviour, and AI technologies to make informed decisions on talent acquisition, engagement, and retention.
