Ben Hopkins is a Creative Director at faith and VCCP London, a passionate gamer, and an unapologetic VR nerd. For over a decade, he’s been blending human insight with emerging tech—cutting through the hype to create work that works for real people. 

His projects span everything from building The O2 in Fortnite and staging a virtual gig, during the pandemic for over 10 million fans to 100% Army Fit, a fitness app that helped future British soldiers pass their physical exams. Most recently, he’s been at the forefront of faith, VCCP’s AI Creative Agency, having quickly recognised the potential of Generative AI long before it hit the mainstream. This has resulted in pioneering generative AI tools for brands like Virgin Media O2—such as the O2 Copy Checker, an AI tool designed to help writers of all abilities express their copy in line with the brand’s tone of voice. And more recently, Daisy Vs Scammers, a chatty AI Granny designed to waste phone scammers' time so they can’t scam you, which has generated over 1.7 billion impressions. 

Beyond this, Ben is a regular speaker on Generative AI, at events such as AMA24 for InEvidence and ICC Global Marketing and Advertising Commission and gives talks to upskill fellow colleagues across VCCP.
