After a decade in PepsiCo brand management, Arif joined Contagious becoming their Founding Head of Creative Capabilities. His team’s work to develop the Heineken Creative Ladder Programme was covered by FastCo and described by Ad Age as having, “helped the brewer scale creative heights, culminating with the 2015 Cannes Lions Creative Marketer of the Year award”
He has since gone on to develop, launch or embed Creative Ladder systems for a range of clients including Kraft Heinz, PepsiCo and back again at Heineken.
Today, he leads a team running his own independent practice, alongside other roles which include a D&AD Masterclass
Leader for three courses, all on his specialist area of practical professional creativity.
