Anna began her career at the Chinese state television broadcaster, then joined the UK government’s Basic Skills Agency, before becoming a Deputy Director of Communications at the Department for Education. Anna’s experience includes working across government to deliver public consultations on major policy issues, as well as working with brands to drive engagement with young people and families at scale.

After joining We Are Futures and supporting our work across a range of clients, Anna moved to Edinburgh, opened the Scotland office and now leads work with key clients as well as the agency’s people and culture strategy, focusing on diversity, sustainability, and community.

An activist, governor, Arts Trustee, and community council chair, Anna is dedicated to partnering with brands to promote fairness in society and champion those who need it most, and especially young people.
