Andy has been working in digital marketing for over 20 years across the whole of the customer funnel, (awareness through to advocacy), a results driven and commercially focused senior-level digital executive with extensive senior management experience. He has consistently evolved emerging digital channels and delivered incremental revenue growth through leadership, change management, channel development and partnership initiatives for BSkyB, Ladbrokes, Avis, KFC Dufry, Jack Wills, Greater London Hospitality (GLH) & Kingfisher group. To date Andy has been focused on digitally fixing “traditional” businesses ones that have a physical presence, Andy helps these organisations enhance their digital capability both internally and externally, this could be in the form of creating a strategy through to delivering the strategy. Career highlights to date include evolving Sky Mobile TV to what is now SkyGo, a key strategic retention product for BSkyB, For Avis he demonstrated revenue can be attributed to social media and that serving customers through social has to be a key objective for any organisation.
