Alice Thompson-Boyd co-founded the social enterprise, Social Bite, bringing George Clooney, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Harry & Meghan to Scotland to support their mission – ending homelessness in Scotland. Social Bite distributed more than 150,000 meals annually, hired a third of its staff from homelessness and implemented a new housing policy in partnership with the Scottish Government, housing over 700 people.

She holds three Honorary Doctorate Degrees and an ITV Pride of Britain Award.

But behind the public facing accolades was a quieter, harder story – burnouts that led to a severe breakdown including some unnerving periods of psychosis – which led her to a new chapter focusing on what really drives our behaviour, understanding our neurobiology and what healing and deeper fulfilment means for us.

She tells her story warts and all – with a candid approach to what it means to land A-list celebrity advocates for your business and how her journey through burnout and psychosis ultimately gave her life’s effective tools.

Today, Alice is a certified Purpose Coach & Enneagram Facilitator with more than 2,000 hours of experience, working with individuals and teams navigating organisational change, a personal cross-roads or professional burnout.

Her signature Deep Work Coaching Programme blends the Enneagram of Personality, cognitive behavioural coaching, neurobiology, breathwork, and Internal Family Systems – a framework she wishes she’d had when navigating her own personal and professional crossroads.

She certified in Applied Neurobiology, Brené Brown’s Dare To Lead certification, and is currently undertaking advanced psychotherapy training, deepening her expertise in personality, shadow work, and the psychology of change.
