Alfons Mensdorff-Pouilly
Chief Executive Officer, Jebsen Group
Mr Alfons Mensdorff-Pouilly has been Chief Executive Officer of Jebsen Group since May 2020 and concurrently serves as Chief Executive Officer of JCAP. He also serves on the boards of Modern Terminals Limited in Hong Kong and C-QUADRAT Investment Group in Vienna.
Mr Mensdorff-Pouilly joined Jebsen Group in 2014 as Director of Marketing and Business Development at Jebsen Motors in Shanghai, before becoming Director of Corporate Development in 2016 and joining the Group’s Board in 2018. He played an integral role in establishing Jebsen Capital, where he was appointed Managing Director in 2018, and later led its rebrand as JCAP in 2026.
Prior to joining Jebsen Group, Mr Mensdorff-Pouilly began his career with Procter & Gamble in 2005 and joined Jebsen & Jessen Group in 2010, where he led a greenfield development project that launched the company's presence in ASEAN.
Born in Vienna, Austria, he holds a master's degree in International Management from ESCP Europe.
