During his career, Alex has delivered bespoke innovation projects for a range of multinational clients, including Asda, Clarins, Desigual, LEGO and Swarovski, as well as launching Dentsu Aegis Network’s conversational commerce proposition in the UK market. With an eye-catching presentation style, Hamilton regularly speaks at conferences – including Retail Week Live, Futr and Websummit – on the opportunities and challenges facing retailers, with a focus on how our relationship with technology is reshaping the industry. He holds a First-Class degree in BSc Economics from the University of Sussex and is based in London.
