Akhilesh started his advertising career 15 years ago in Mumbai, India. He moved to Dubai 10 years ago to work at FP7. Since then, he’s had the chance to work at agencies like BBDO, JWT and Leo Burnett before joining Serviceplan Middle East as Chief Creative Officer. His work in leading teams at these agencies has created some of the most memorable and loved campaigns in the region.
He has vast experience working on tourism and recreation for clients such as Emirates Airlines, Sharjah tourism, MasterCard Priceless Cities and Columbia.
Over the span of his career, he has consistently won all the prestigious awards and has also served as jury for festivals such as the Cannes Lions, ADC, New York Festival, Ad Fest and LIA.
He is a southpaw. He pet peeve is people who chew loudly in cinema theatres.
