Jen was a Marketing and Global Brand Director for Mars Wrigley before working independently as a marketing consultant when she moved to Hong Kong four years ago. She is a passionate about enabling leaders to build individual and authentic career paths, believing this drives their leadership offer, presents companies with progressive resourcing solutions and brings diversity of perspectives and experiences into leadership teams.

She founded NEON Leaders in 2019, bringing together a collective of stellar marketing leaders to continue to deliver, develop and advance in their careers whilst working outside of corporate roles, providing companies with access to a diverse breadth of experience and thinking to tackle strategic challenges with agility and pace.
