Her career spans luxury fashion in Europe, Music at Virgin Records, and premium spirits at Diageo, where she launched Diageo Reserve and led Johnnie Walker’s marketing in India.
Since joining Mastercard in 2018, she has spearheaded digital-first consumer engagement, advanced marketing capabilities, and launched Mastercard Gamer Exchange—an industry-first gaming product unlocking new revenue streams in the $200B gaming sector. As a key lever to help in the digital and experiential marketing efforts of banks, merchants, and fintechs, Kaveri helps shape Mastercard’s Sponsorship strategy, guiding investments in world-class events like the Australian Open and Cricket World Cup.
