Caroline Darcy, Managing Director, Global Head of Sponsorship and Events at Standard Chartered Bank has extensive and valuable experience in marketing, sponsorship, PR, digital and social media, brand management and major events management across the APAC region and globally. In her current role, Caroline leads a global team that manages and maximizes the value of the bank’s marquee partnership with the Liverpool Football Club including the Women’s’ team. Caroline also oversees Standard Chartered’s marathon and golf platforms and the bank’s campaign at the annual summit of the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Caroline was the Group Head – Advertising, Sponsorship & Brand, Asia Pacific at UBS AG. In this role, Caroline led complex and innovative marketing and brand campaigns and regional and global events including Art Basel, The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, The Beijing Music Festival, Formula 1 and a 10-stop world tour with photographer Annie Leibovitz. Caroline was instrumental in the successful re-launch of the UBS brand in 2015 globally.

Before joining UBS, Caroline was General Manager of Marketing for the Australian Grand Prix Corporation. She is recognized in the marketplace for her commitment to delivering unique value to clients and stakeholders through strategic marketing and communication campaigns.
