Global Head of Planning for Breakthrough Innovation, Diageo

Ana is an ex BCG consultant with experience in FMCG, and a passion for innovation and strategy. 
She is currently the global head of planning for Breakthrough Innovation at Diageo.

Ana has previously had the honour of launching Mike’s Hard Seltzer into the UK market. From an idea 9 months ago, they materialized it into a product in less than 90 days, got it listed in one national retailer outside of the normal process and were able to test and adapt the product to have the final version on shelf today. 

Having worked in trade marketing and marketing has given Ana a very clear understanding of shopper and consumer behaviors.  Always put the consumer at the center.
 
Outside of work Ana is a passionate traveller and still a planner, always looking for the latest restaurants or bars to go and chill with friends.
