Kristi Argyilan joined Target as Senior Vice President of Media, Guest Engagement & Measurement in July 2014. In her current role, Kristi spearheads Target’s enterprise media strategy to drive the balance of "Math & Magic" through the capabilities of communications strategy, all digital channels, paid social, guest engagement, and traditional media channels. Most recently, Kristi has been driving ‘Performance Marketing’ for Target which includes marketing mix modeling and near time measurement for in market optimization.
She is also responsible the Target Media Network, Target's entry into the publishing business through a media exchange open to all advertisers. While at Target, Kristi and her team’s work have received industry recognition including: Digiday People Based Marketing Pioneer, MMA Media Company of the Year, MMA Global Marketer of the Year, Digital 40 over 40, Internationalist Next 50, Brand Innovators Top 100 Women in Brand Marketing.
