In this module, we focus on what it takes to engage customers and colleagues across the business to create customer value and drive commercial success.
Across the two days, participants will experience first-hand how to be successful in the boardroom and throughout the organisation.
As the group reconnects we look at what participants may have noticed about themselves, as well as what others have noticed about them. Whilst speakers will share their learnings on how to successfully build partnerships across borders and the challenges faced when doing so.
