In 2017, we launched an exciting new initiative called Future Leaders - a programme for Graduate, Associate and Executive members nominated by their organisations as potential future marketing leaders.

Each speaker gives an inspirational presentation on their career to date, how to be a great leader, challenges and opportunities they met along the way and the hardest decisions they've had to make.

Our Future Leaders programme is now open to all members who are aspiring leaders – no matter their age or current level in the organisation. This reflects the growing trend for young professionals to make a later start in their career or to take a career break at some point.
