Our Industry Insights programme is designed to provide Marketing Society Scotland members with an opportunity to gain an understanding on different industries, organisations and disciplines.
This unique session will give insight into the diversification of both DC Thomson Media and its home city, Dundee. Traditionally Dundee has been known for its three ‘J’s–Jute, Jam and the Journalism of DC Thomson. Both have undergone a transformation in recent years, marking only the start of the journey.
Hear the story behind the city, how DC Thomson is diversifying and future-proofing its journalism for generations to come, and the brand development of one of its most famous sons, Oor Wullie.
You’ll come away with insights into business diversification, innovation and brand development across the private, public and charity sectors.
