Community Collabor-eight: Empathy and Productivity

A social experience, exclusively for APAC and Dubai members

Timings in GST (other timings below), 14 January, 8am to 9am

After rave reviews from our first session, we’re delighted to invite members from our hubs in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and India to come together to share, learn, debate and discuss current topics with like-minded individuals.

As we look to the year ahead, how can we ensure that we balance our own well-being with higher motivation and productivity as a team. In this session we will hear from international bestselling author and empathetic leader Mimi Nicklin.

We will be exploring the connection between empathy, emotional wellness, and performance. Mimi explains the data that shows the inextricable link between our emotional wellness and out cognitive ability, and the session will go on to explore the link between connected teams and feeling good with improved innovation and creativity alongside improved teamwork and communication.

Event background

In this series, hosted by Kiri Sinclair, founder and CEO, Sinclair, we will be regularly bringing together different groups from across our global community to take an hour out and use the time to be inspired and make new connections.

Each session will centre around a key discussion point or question. We’ll hear from a marketer who is experienced on the topic who will candidly share their journey, challenges they are facing or have overcome and key learning's they have had. We then have the opportunity in a group and in breakouts to discuss how the topic affects us and share ideas and learning's from our own experiences to support each other.
