That's why we've developed an industry-first for our members - The Braveometer 

We've teamed up with legendary organisational psychologist and CMO expert Thomas Barta to develop the Braveometer.

We've teamed up with legendary leadership expert Thomas Barta to develop our own 'Myers-Briggs of Bravery'. Thomas, the man behind the world’s largest study on what makes marketers successful, worked alongside scientists and our research partner Kantar to develop this grounding-breaking tool.
