Marketing Society Fellow, Mark Price releases new book 'Fairness for All : Unlocking the Power of Employee Engagement'.

The book which claims to 'increase your income by 20% and productivity from your employees' is based on Price's three decade stint with the John Lewis Partnership.

Former grocer Price says, 'The book explains how to better engage employees leading to a happier workforce with higher productive and service standards, which creates greater customer satisfaction and in turn generates much improved business performance.'

To accompany his book, Price has released a website where individual or companies can measure their happiness at work and develop from their result.
