On Tuesday 24 January we hosted a dinner at The Gherkin, where senior members had the chance to hear exclusive research over good food and great company.
Over recent years marketing has changed dramatically. Today's marketers are required to have a whole host of experience and abilities way beyond traditional branding and communications. Not only are they expected to have an accomplished range of creative and analytical skills, they also need to be shrewd, agile and sophisticated commercial operators all at the same time.
But how realistic is this of one person? How many marketers possess all these qualities?
Over dinner we was joined by our partners Spencer Stuart who will reveal new research on the changing role of the CMO while former Marketing Society president, Martin Glenn, CEO, The Football Association provided his own personal thoughts on this topic and what he believes today's world-class marketer looks like.
This was an exclusive event for 20 of our senior members and is invitation only.
