We held an Advertising Week session with a difference, where we told the truth about marketing, and nothing but the truth. This is where we had an uncomfortable conversation about our industry.
Speakers included: Zaid Al-Qassab, Chief Brand & Marketing Officer, BT, Lucien Boyer, CMO, Vivendi, Lisa Gilbert, CMO UK & Ireland, IBM, David Wheldon, CMO, RBS.

There were letters and numbers galore as they tried to find the most meaningful metrics and processes from the anagrams, all to get a return. Using the best case law from #IPASocialWorks, the game fought against rounds of random numbers to help solve the ultimate conundrum – “How can I get more from social?”
